Solvoguru is looking for a human resource specialist or human resource executive or HR manager to help us with following.

Job Description

Recruitment:

This is the most important job of HR executive.  Applicant should have experience in recruiting the right candidate for different job positions for our company. Pre and post joining formalities while keeping headcounts to minimum 95%. You will be posting jobs, doing interviews, identifying best candidates and will issue offer letters.

Joining and general activities:

Completion of joining formalities and all other important forms. Creation of HR policies.  Drafting memos, letters, contract agreements and other day to day notices.

Tracking:

You will be responsible to track employees absenteeism, attendance, leaves, and the other important days work.

-Employee engagement:

Create and schedule cultural activities to make them successful and effective. Always keep the team motivated.

Creation of job profiles:

You should be able to create best job profiles and initiate the interviewing process. Follow up with candidates to insure acceptance of offers, all onboarding formalities, joining formalities and other job relationship.

Requirement

3-5 years of experience in hiring in digital marketing, IT field.

Qualification- MBA-HR or equivalent experience

Impeccable communication skills

Ready to work in a small company and grow it
